Every Tuesday I meet up with one of the students at G2 to work through Paul Yongi Cho’s book on prayer: “Prayer – key to revival.”

Here’s a great quote from today’s chapter on intercession,

Although prayer is petitioning to God; although it is also seeking Him in deep fellowship and communion; it is also interceding before him in the Holy Spirit. So the prayer of intercession is the third level of prayer in which we share the burden of Christ for a person, circumstance or need anywhere in the world. Intercession is the level of prayer where we may become a partaker of Christ’s suffering.
